Gail's chemo regimen includes these 3 drugs 1. Oxaliplatin … US Brand Name: Eloxatin
2. Bevacizumab … US Brand Name: Avastin
3. Fluorouracil … US Brand Name: Adrucil
Just an fyi for those with scientific opinions/thoughts.
How has the day been going so far. What a cocktail. Not that I am of any scientific knowledge. My love and prayers are streaming. Miss seeing you Gail ...Can't wait for you return home. Put me on the visitors list as will call...You will call when u want me to be your chatter in the box.......
God does listen and miracle does happen. I want to share these with you to keep your faith in God up.
A few years ago, my younger brother Thomas was diagnosed with liver cancer and we were told to prepare for the worst since his kidneys began to shutdown and unless they have a match for a liver and kidney transplant. We all prayed very hard for a miracle and at the same time making funeral arrangement etc...
Then suddenly, God answered our prayers - they have a match for both kidney and liver and Thomas would go into surgery early in AM..Anyway the rest is history and Thomas has lived to tell us that, the night before his surgery, in his dream, he saw Jesus, walking toward him with a large white cloth. Thomas was scared that he was not going to make it and Jesus was coming for him...But Jesus took that white cloth and covered his abdomen, smile and walk away. Now looking back, my brother thought that Jesus wanted to reassure him that he would be okay with the surgery... That's a MIRACLE!! He was normal when I saw him in Houston in July 2011.
A few months ago, poor Thomas's heath suddenly declined and seems to forget a lot. They diagnosed him with Alzeihmer, the he began to fall a lot and the MRI revealed that he had a big brain tumor that was causing him other health problems and needs to be out asap...Again, we joined force in our prayers, and the operation was a success, and the tumor was not directly on the brain, but on the brain cover...so there is no after effect to the brain. I just spoke with my relatives down there and they said that Thomas is back to his normal self now.
The reason I told you this so that we can all join force in our prayers for Gail, because GOD does listen to us and helps us!
