Gail's Health 2/8-10/2012

God has presented us with a totally new challenge. Gail had what she thought was a gallbladder attack. We went to the ER for testing. Which after many tests ended up with a biopsy of her liver. She returned home and tried to manage the pain with pain meds until we got the test results. The condition is a type of treatable colon cancer that has spread to the liver. 2/8/12 she was admitted to the hospital for further testing and pain relief. 2/10/12 they surgically implanted a chest port to administer chemo. The chemo will be on an outpatient basis. The good news is that we have the doctors we have requested. They are very qualified. We know that you care for her/us but Gail's request at this time is for NO VISITORS, NO MEALS AND NO CALLS until she is ready. I will send out updates by email. Continue to pray. Prayers are greatly appreciated.
